All products sold on our store do not include customs duties and VAT tax. The thresholds and rates of customs duties and VAT tax vary from countries. The minimum Billing weight for Air Freight + UPS / Sea Freight + UPS to the United States is 12kg
The minimum Billing weight for Air Freight + UPS / Sea Freight + UPS to Europe and the United Kingdom is 21kg
The minimum Billing weight for UPS is 1kg
The more products you buy, the smaller the freight cost.

6. FOB: Use your own logistics provider or a cooperative company
We accept FOB, you can fill in China address when check out. We willsend the goods to the designated address, or you can entrust the company/logistics provider to pick up the goods at our address. Note: When the goods are delivered to the company/logistics provider or the company/logistics provider have picked up the goods, the order process is considered to be completed, and the remaining logistics journey and customs clearance will be the responsibility of your company.

7. Order Tracking
A. After the order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track it. Note: We usually process your order and obtain the logistics tracking number within 1-2 working days. We send the order information and tracking number to the warehouse. This does not mean that your goods have been shipped. The warehouse staff needs 2-4 working days to pack your goods and submit them to the shipping company. 11. Pre-Order or out-of-stock products
If there are pre-order or out-of-stock products in the customer's order, we will generally send you an email to inform you first and send you the in stock products. The pre-order or out-of-stock products will be arranged for delivery immediately after the goods are put into storage.

12. Address changes

A. Before shipment
Please contact us to modify the address free of charge.

B. After Shipment
We will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the shipping company to change it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be successful. If the address can be changed, there may be additional costs borne by the customer.
