Step-by-Step Return Process:
Step 1: Email us at info@myscrys.com with your return request. Please describe the problem you encountered and provide clear photos of the product.
Step 2: If approved, you'll get a return address via Email.
Step 3: Please return the packages within the 30-days return policy when you received it. If it exceeds 30 days, we will assume that you have given up the return and exchange service. Please return it with trackable shipping ways.
Step 4: We will arrange a refund or exchange within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your packages. The time of receiving funds varies by bank (2-7 business days).
Refund Policy:
Before shipment
1. Cancellation within 12 hours of payment: You can get full refund, but 5% handling fee will be deducted (the payment company will deduct a handling fee for each order).
2. Cancellation after 12 hours of payment: 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
After Shipment
1. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers can return the goods when they receive them, and the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will refund the amount of the products price (excluding the shipping costs for sending)
2. We offer 100% refund only for parts in the products which are defective or sent the wrong item. If you want to return or change the items by yourself by mistake or subjective case, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return products, we will process your refund within 2 business days, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. But please note refund timing varies by bank (2-7 working days).
4. Refunds for Products with Free Shipping: Even if the products are free shipping, we have paid the shipping fees for the products. If the customer returns the products with no reasons, we will still deduct the corresponding shipping fees when refunding.
Returns/exchanges available:
1. Items do not be used, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
2. If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a new one for free.
3. If the product you received is defective or missing accessories, we will resend the defective or missing part. If the defect affects the entire set of products, we will resend a new set.
4. If the product is different from the description, please provide clear photos of the difference along with the description, and we can provide a new one or refund. Please note that slight color differences between photos and actual product are inevitable.
Returns/exchanges are not available:
1. Products that have been used or washed.
2. Products smelling of cigarette smoke or perfume.
3. Stained or severely damaged products.
4. Products customized according to customer requirements, including customized sizes, custom colors and accessories, and other customized items according to customer requirements. For customized products, we will only provide new products or parts for defective products or parts.
5. Product delivery failed because the customer provided an incorrect address.
Additional Notes:
1. Track your return package, we're not responsible for lost/stolen items in returning.
2. Proof of postage and delivery is required for refunds.
3. We are not responsible for shipping fees and customs duties of return, which need to be borne by the customer.
4. Missing/Damaged Goods: Report within 7 days, we will refund the value of lost/damaged Goods or provide new products.
5. Lost Package: Provide full refund if not received (including shipping) .
6. Extended Shipping: Full refunds are provided when express shipping takes longer than 30 business days or standard shipping takes longer than 60 business days.
7. If there are uncontrollable factors affecting the production or logistics process, please keep in touch and we will do our best to solve the problem.
