We attach great importance to every order on Myscrys, we will start work immediately after you have placed the order, in order to deliver the packages to you as quickly as possible.
We will process your order within 24 hours. In order to make everything go as smoothly as possible, please read the following cancellation policies carefully before placing an order. To ensure that the goods are correct and delivered quickly, please keep in touch throughout the purchase process.
1. Cancellation within 12 hours of payment: You can get full refund, but 5% handling fee will be deducted (the payment company will deduct a handling fee for each order).
2. Cancellation after 12 hours of payment: 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers can return the goods when they receive them, and the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will refund the amount of the products price (excluding the shipping costs for sending)
4. Once the customized product plan is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order has been scheduled for production, the order plan cannot be changed.
5. Sometimes some items will be sold out, we will contact you via email to cancel your order, if you have not replied us or our email was refused, your order will be canceled after 48 hours.
6. For wholesale orders, please carefully confirm the model and quantity you ordered. The quantity can still be changed appropriately within 24 hours, but if the order is cancelled, 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
